Because merchandise is ordered based on each customer’s selections, Auburn Fastpitch is unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, colors, personalization, or other selections made at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including size, color, quantity, and any personalized or customized options. Personalized or customized items cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.
If an item is defective, damaged, or Auburn Fastpitch or the vendor made an error with your order, please contact us at auburnfps@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
Orders are expected to be ready approximately 2–3 weeks after the store closes and will be distributed through your player’s coach/team.
